By using Joe's RV Planner (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. The Service is operated by Joe Jackson Creative / You Build Forward from Arvada, Colorado. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

Joe's RV Planner is a web application for planning RV road trips, budgeting, journaling, maintaining service records, finding campgrounds, and sharing trips with others. Features may change over time as we improve the product.

3. User accounts

You may need an account to access certain features. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the trips, journal entries, photos, audio recordings, and other content you create or upload. You grant us a license to store, display, and process that content solely to operate the Service for you.

You are responsible for the content you share. Do not upload or publish content that violates the law, infringes on others' rights, or is abusive, hateful, or spam.

5. Prohibited use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service or its APIs.
• Upload malware, viruses, or harmful code.
• Use the Service to harass, spam, or harm others.

Route suggestions, weather forecasts, campground information, and other planning data in the Service are provided for informational purposes only. They are not a substitute for your own judgment, road conditions, official signage, or up-to-date navigation systems suited to your specific RV size and weight.

Always verify bridge clearances, road restrictions, weather, and campground availability before driving. You assume full responsibility for your travel decisions.

Some listings on the Speaking page are illustrative examples rather than real events, shown while the published schedule fills in. Any such entry is labelled Example on the page. Please don't treat labelled entries as a record of past bookings.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Joe Jackson Creative / You Build Forward is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. You may stop using the Service or delete your account at any time.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
